Welcome to The Albany Shopping Centre

By entering The Albany Shopping Centre you agree to comply with these Conditions of Entry. These conditions are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors, retailers and staff.

Conduct on Centre Property

Centre management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the centre for any of the following:

  • Behaving in an offensive, threatening or anti-social manner.
  • Being under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
  • Damaging or interfering with centre property, fittings or fixtures.
  • Failing to comply with reasonable directions from centre staff or security.
  • Wearing clothing or carrying items that may cause offence to others.

Smoking, Alcohol and Vaping

The Albany Shopping Centre is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only within licensed premises.

Animals

Pets are not permitted within the centre, with the exception of assistance animals as defined under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

Photography and Filming

Personal photography is permitted within the centre. Commercial photography, filming or media activity requires prior written permission from centre management.

Trolleys, Skateboards and Bicycles

For the safety of all visitors, the use of skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and bicycles within the centre is not permitted. Shopping trolleys must remain within the designated trolley areas.

Lost Property

Items found within the centre are held at centre management for a limited period. Please contact our team to enquire about lost property.

CCTV

The centre is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of visitors, retailers and staff. Footage is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
